I'm late posting this review but I did not forget the excellent customer service I received from John. After calling a few other locksmiths and waiting over an hour I called Liberty locksmith. Within 20 minutes John reached out and said he was in route and would be at my location in 15 minutes. Even though he had to park some distance away, he arrived at my apartment with a smile and ready to help me get back into my apartment. This was a great experience from start to finish from the rep on the phone to saying goodbye to John and thanking him for rescuing me! And in case I forgot to mention, they were cheaper than the other quotes I had received! Thanks, Liberty locksmiths and Security!

We had an awesome experience with Liberty Locksmiths and Security. Kelly was super quick in getting us a quote within a day and Robert came within 2 hours of the quote to fix our door knob. His professionalism in knowing exactly what the problem was made us feel relieved and he was so helpful in addressing the issue and fixing it. Overall, a great experience and I’d recommend their services.

Best of the best! I have two Anderson French glass doors that weren’t locking. Called multiple people out and nobody could fit it. I was giving up hope but saw the amazing reviews with Liberty and decided to give it one last try. So happy I did! Kelly was really awesome with explaining everything and booking the appointment. Robert, our tech is a gem, super easy to work with, knowledgeable and brought everything he needed to repair the locks on the spot. Fantastic service!!!

Very happy with the whole experience. I called and was quoted a flat rate upfront, scheduling was a breeze and Abraham the technician showed up on time, he was very efficient and polite. Very satisfied. I hope I don't need them again but if I'm ever locked out again, they will be my first call.

From the initial phone call to receiving the invoice, everyone was super kind. John was awesome, he was here on time, he did his job well, he was patient with my kids in the background and now we can feel safe knowing our home is secure.
