CCTV security staff are very professional and assisted me as a walk in customer in a timely manner and answered all of my questions

These cameras are junk. Spent over 3k on a system that works about the same as my $600 swan system except the swan system has nice LED lights that trip with motion. Told these guys I need to read tags and facial recognition. First set went back even worse than the second set which made no difference. They blame the TV so I hooked up a new 4k Tv and still horrible. Of course like any other camera during the day it looks amazing but let’s face it who needs security during the day unless inside a business. I need quality at night when all the good people come out. Junk! More wasted money. Update- although still under warranty the NVR has lost 8 of the 16 channels. In order to fix it I have to ship it and have no security for several weeks. Much easier to go through a local store or Amazon.

What a waste of $2600. Motion only goes off when it feels like it and quality is poor. Any camera can look good during the day. When you need to read a tag or identify a criminal at night you pay for a good system. For the money we spent you should feel comfortable your system will do its job and these do not.

I am in need of a new security camera replacement with wide angle. I placed an order with cctvsecuritypros, within 15 minutes Jason called and didn't have a compatible dvr in my order history. We therefore compared my current dvr and it is not compatible with their cameras, normally this is where a company will get angry or try to up sell me a whole new system, they gave me the relevant info I needed to solve my problem with no expectations. Customer service is lacking in so many companies, I really appreciated this kind of service. If I am in need in the future for security equipment I'll be looking at them first!

I have bought three systems at three different times from these guys, that should say why!! The equipment is solid and the tech support is awesome. I would call myself a Prosumer, I am a end user but like quality stuff with people I can call and get help if needed. After the initial install on some rather complicated installs I have, the systems are easy to use.
