Can't comment about quality of the work because unfortunately I never heard back after contacting them. I reached out for a quote and initially got an email back asking for more information. Provided him with photos and an inspection report and now, nothing. Reached out three times after that initial email without a response. It's fine if someone isn't interested in the job but just communicate that. It's hard to wait around and keep things in the air without knowing whether the business is interested or not. Will modify this review if I ever hear back...

Excellent job by CS Stucco. Ignazio Depinto(Iggy) has been a great project manager. I have a 1999 house built with a foam based EIFS stucco system. Unfortunately, the EIFS system was never installed right when the house was built, causing a very bad water leak around the chimney wall over the years, as well as window trims wrinkling issues. Other EIFS stucco repair companies were not able to identify where my issues were and just wanted to sell me a repair or repaint contract. Until I met Iggy, he was able to tell me exactly what went wrong, and pointing out that the old stucco system was missing a water drainage system which did not meeting the latest building code. Iggy assisted me in every single step from quote to finish. Also, the stucco replacement team (led by Diego) has been excellent. It's a lot of work from demolition to setting up new water drainage system, cement layers, crack-proofing, and coloring. The team pay attention to every single details of the work from start to finish. Now I have a brand new cement base stucco system that is leak proof and will last for many years to come. I do not mind to pay a little more for the highest quality work. Plus the new stucco system comes with 10 years warranty. Again, it has been great to work with Iggy and I highly recommend anyone to consult with him with stucco work.

We had an excellent experience with CS Stucco. All staff, including project lead and crew, were professional, friendly, and skilled. The work was delivered on time and as promised, and all financial aspects were communicated clearly from start to end of the project. We had quite a few surprises along the way (started with re-stuccoing two chimneys, found rot on a wall and had to replace all framing, insulation, waterproofing and stucco - all of this was not in the original plan/SOW), and the CS team worked hard to resolve the issues we found in a professional way, even bringing in subcontractors on a moment's notice. We would gladly work with CS Stucco again and highly recommend them!

My house was a train wreck. The wood behind the stucco was not waterproofed and rooted. They basically had to start over. So polite, clean and responsible. Did an amazing job!!!
