The communication from this company is horrendous! If you have the choice, don’t select this company to do anything for you. While making an appointment, the employee told me I can receive a reminder call the day before and a 30 minute courtesy call prior to the technician coming. I did not receive either. When I called to check on why I didn’t receive a call, a different employee said they don’t do reminder calls the day before. However, the manager I spoke to said they do. I asked the technician why I didn’t receive a call 30 minutes before his arrival; he said the office does that. However, the manager said it’s the technician’s responsibility to let the office know to call. Unfortunately I didn’t have choice in selecting this company; Aqua Water chose them to update the water meter in my home. I was unaware that this was happening at all until MeterTek sent me a nasty email that my water was going shut my water off because I never made an appointment for my water meter replacement. That’s the first communication I received from them! Again, the communication from this company is AWFUL. Do not waste your time with them!!!! Save yourself the headache.

technician was very professional very thorough, polite, well mannered, very clean, cut uniform was clean and neat also. Very nice and well spoken and the office the customer service was very polite very professional. Answered on the first ring. Answered all the questions I had. Accommodating with the date and time of my appointment. Very happy with MeterTek.

Well, first they kept threatening to shutoff my water until I had the meter changed. Then, they send someone to do it, and WOW, it smelled like he just came out of a tobacco factory. The smoke smell was overpowering. Also, their website says employees wear masks and gloves, not today.

My main concern when I scheduled my water meter replacement was how messy this process would be. The tech arrived on time and 20 mins later my meter was replaced and “NO MESS”. He was professional and kind. Great job!!!

Melissa (ID #64) was extremely inconsiderate. She threatened to cancel the service of my home to change the water meter and refused to reschedule. My neighbor was kind enough to meet the technician on site after Melissa told me the person could not wait 5 minutes for my neighbor and had left. I would never use this company secondary to poor customer service.
