Cila was great at making the process smooth. Even with the scratch in the glass she had the piece replaced within a week. We would use them again for any future windows. Though there was a small dent on the edge, she told us not to be alarmed as it is hidden once installed. No refund on custom size windows.

Royal Prime, and specifically Andrew, we're attentive, responsive, and great to work with. Not only did they respond back to any questions almost immediately, they did so efficiently, covering all details. Working with them was seamless from the initial phone call, to the quote, to the installation. We live in an apartment on the 4th floor and Royal Prime was one of the only companies who was insured to install windows at this level. Additionally, they were by far the best value for the quality of windows we could find in Hudson County. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of replacement windows.
