Overall

I gave him a five for good service and for having the part, I didn’t see anything wrong with their customer service. They were very polite and helpful. Treated me like I was a contractor more than a homeowner. I don’t know it could be just me but they had great Service and it was much cheaper than calling a contractor that just picks numbers out of the air. If you can do it yourself this is the place to get the part and maybe some information to help you with your project but always remember safety first.

I stopped by to see if they carried lens covers for light fixtures over a shower. They didn't have the item, but the counter person, Leon Wallop spent a lot of time looking them up online for me and pointed me in the right direction. He totally went above and beyond.

Absolutely horrible customer service. After going around to all of the electrical supply houses looking for recessed lighting to see what was in stock to begin a project immediately, I went here. The guy behind the desk was very rude when I started telling him what I was looking for. He basically treated me as if I don’t know what I’m talking about yet every other supply house was able to help me. Then when he brought out what he thought I should have instead of what I wanted he became even more rude. I said forget it and walked out and went back to Colonial who I will be using for all of my projects.

The worst customer service ever shame I have to go Lowes and leave town to get electrical supplies seems to me they were my worried taking care of there buddy talking and laughing
