Dishonest, lack of communication and terrible client services.

The customer service representative, Amanda, that I spoke to was very rude, unprofessional, passive aggressive and condescending. Amanda cancelled my appointment due to not having a check on hand to pay BEFORE services were even rendered. I explained to Amanda, that an invoice would need to be sent, after services were rendered, and payment would be received within 7-10 days. Amanda, states that there was an email sent explaining their policy and cancellation policy, to which she sent it to the incorrect email, therefore, the information NEVER made it to me as the approving manager. Amanda, proceeded to cancel my appointment, than stated I was responsible for the cancellation fee of $400 on top of the service fee. I requested to speak with a supervisory or manager, to which she referred me to "Joe", she informed me she couldn't transfer me because I called into the office? WHAT? What kind of phone system doesn't allow calls to be transferred when a client calls the office? Clearly that was a lie. Amanda provided me with "Joe's" extension, 1200, which did not exist when I called back to speak with Joe.
I will say the technician who was on sight was wonderful but his hands were tied due to Amanda's unwillingness to resolve the situation.

Needless to say, AMC Fire Protection lost out on not one business to service BUT four local businesses that I run in the area, all because of Amanda's lack of client service skills including communication and demanding for services to be paid before rendered and trying to charge me a cancellation fee because SHE cancelled my appointment, VERY DISHONEST COMPANY!
