This company is one of the many company that just hire workers!!! I was out on medical leave for 6 months for cancer and went for rental assistance through several companies and they denied me because they didn’t know how to do w9s and I stay up to date until July with the help of short term and friends!! And they tried to evict me for 61.39$ wow ? I really want to just own my own and get from under them !! Rental properties are all about money

DO NOT RENT WITH A DENHOLTZ PROPERTY.

We just signed a lease with Denholtz at Solo North Bergen and their management is terrible. One of the worst managements I've ever had to deal with. Edgestone, the property manager is not the sharpest tool in the shed. He's also a liar and doesn't ever seem to know what he's talking about. First issue was the lease was wrong and I had to tell him to change the dates on our agreement before we signed the lease. Secondly when we moved in our apartment was not move in ready (see below for explanation). Next, they will not give out an extra key for a dog walker and were told to just figure it out (see below for explanation). Next, we were told misinformation about the front door access for the dog walker/guests. Lastly he double booked our parking spot. This is all within two months of us moving in and I am not excited to have more problems arise. He's a liar because whenever something is wrong and I tell him it's wrong he gets squirrely and blurts out that it's in the lease, specifically the extra key fob. I emailed him asking for him to highlight where in the lease it states they cannot give out an extra fob for "safety" reasons, I received no email back. He has terrible communication skills and honestly I have no idea how he got to a management position because a person that high up should not be making this many mistakes with one apartment in a two month span. At first I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt that they were brand new management of this place but that's one too many things.

I do want to say that Cora has been a pleasure to talk to and work with. She's the leasing consultant for Solo North Bergen. She has been the one to respond almost immediately to every email, text or phone call. I hate that I have to dox her due to Edgestone but they're the same company.
