Shady. I called initially for my cast iron grill top, was given the price of $30 over the phone after giving him exact measurements and details of the rough shape it was in, he said it would take 15 minutes and that I could bring it home same day. Price point and turnaround time were the main reasons I decided to go with this business ultimately even though the location is NOT the one listed on google as the man on the phone states that they have now moved to Newark, which is 40 minutes away from me. When I do finally get to bring it in, accompanied by my sister, he says that he actually cannot get it done on the same day and that it would actually be $35. Still not a bad price point so I agreed. $35.i tried to pay at drop off and he says, “no. Pay at pickup.” I send a text message a few days later while I am on vacation asking if it is ready for pick up. He does not answer. So II call and try to agree on a pickup date and when I confirm the price $35. Suddenly he jumps the price to $75. I know the state that the grill was in and I watched as he had inspected it when I dropped it off when he quoted me $35. So I was confused about the price jump. He then proceeds to gaslight me and say that he never gave me a $30 quote or a $35 quote and that he never would have given me that low of a price point. I had several people with me when I was initially on the phone with him and when I was dropping off the grill top that can confirm that he quoted me $30-35. I questioned him and suddenly he says that he cannot hear me and to text him. So I text him asking why it is a different price than he quoted me with. He again states that it is not different. Ultimately I paid the $75 because I needed the grill top back. But the principle of it is that I would’ve been fine paying $75 from the start if that is what he originally quoted me with when he visibly inspected it. Instead he decided to scam me and gaslight me instead of giving me a honest real answer, which I would’ve respected.

Took my sealcoat filter pot out to get all the old built up sealer out of it. When i got it backed it looked like a new pot! highly recommend them!

Wagner and his team are top notch. They recently sand-blasted and painted my Cast Iron Claw Foot Tub and did a fantastic job. Wagner went above and beyond the ensure the job was done right and we are so thrilled with the outcome. The quality of their work is only outdone by the quality of their business.
