Overall

Berges has worked on the condo association property where I've served as a Board member for the past 6 years, and they served the building for many years before that. They have been outstanding in every way. I'm sure we're not anywhere close to their largest customer, but they certainly treat us like their most important client! From storing and reinstalling yearly a large covered area they built on our pool deck to making a new awning that extends over our front entrance, they have done excellent work with quality materials and great customer service.

We had an incredible experience with Berges Awning and I fully recommend them if you're interested in awnings and pull down shades. I submitted a request for an estimate online and was contacted quickly to set up an appointment. Nate came out on time and was incredible to work with. He took his time describing the best options for us and answering all of our questions. He sent us an estimate within a couple days and invited us to the shop to check out the fabrics. Their showroom is impeccable and after we selected our fabric, our awnings were finished and installed a few weeks later. The installation went perfect and we couldn't be happier with how the awnings look and the cost. It's been a huge improvement in our quality of life! We have received so many compliments from our neighbors, and we've told them all how great Berges is.

Coming off of a terrible experience with another awning company in OC, we really researched and interviewed other awning companies before choosing one. My husband and I liked Berges from the start. They returned our call right away and the office staff was professional and kind. Nate then came to our home and truly listened to our concerns and requests and put together a plan for the awnings. They communicated several times with us while the awnings were in production. The finished product was installed this week and the awnings and drop downs are just absolutely perfect.

After moving in to a new house 2 years ago, one of the items that needed to be updated was the awning fabric in our backyard due to mold and holes. Nate and his comapny, Berges Trenton Awning were recommended to us by a family-friend, so I gave Nate and call and he was here within a week to show me pictures and fabric swatches. I connected with Nate immediately and we had the same vision on colors and patterns after I had initiated that we were looking for simple, but modern. Within minutes, we found the one! Nate was so accommodating to let us know that whenever we were ready to move forward and were ready financially to commit, he would schedule us and be here. We made the call earlier this year and our new awning was recently installed! We could not be happier!! The pattern and colors are perfect with our house and exactly what we were looking for. Every piece of communication whether it had been a call, text, or email was professional and accommodating. We always felt important, and the men who installed the new awning were incredible as well - even cleaned our dirty awning arms for us! Highly recommend if you are considering, and if you move forward with Berges Trenton, enjoy your new awning!! We sure do! ?
