This has to be the best inspection team for the people. They spell everything out in the home report so you know exactly what's going on even if you don't know housing or what you were looking at in the pictures provided. They were amazing.

Prior to the inspection, we let them know of specific areas we were worried about. On the inspection report, they made sure to add a few sentences for those areas, explaining specifically why they were not an issue and ensuring we understood.

They also found a lot of very small issues with the house that are far from obvious, showing their attention to detail and the care they have for doing the job right. Additionally, they went above and beyond and pointed out that while not an issue or anything they would have to put in the report, in the backyard of the house there was a poisonous tree. This is hugely helpful to anyone with small children or pets, and I don’t know if anyone else going to that house would have told us about it. The sellers sure didn’t.

We received the report the night of the inspection, giving us ample time to read it thoroughly and take care of the issues they found. They also called us afterward and answered any questions we had about the inspection or the house. Stellar customer service.

I would 100% recommend Basin Home inspections to anyone needing a home inspection done.
