Our custom SOMBRAJE screens (tri-fold) for our living room look gorgeous !! Meticulously handcrafted, works of art, the colors are perfect, and they accomplish our privacy needs.

Overall

I'm absolutely thrilled with my new custom-made desk chair. Susan's guidance was invaluable in helping me choose the design, as well as the wood and upholstery. The chair fits my desk perfectly, and most importantly, is extremely comfortable.

We've purchased a number of pieces from Ernest Thompson over the years - their beauty and quality cannot be equalled.

We are thrilled with the work done for us by Ernest Thompson! We had two large beautiful armoires made and one tall handsome storage cabinet. All were done exactly as we requested and with excellent craftsmanship. Susan, the designer and showroom manager, is a joy to work with. Everyone, from Mike to the wood finishers to the delivery people outdid themselves with their expertise. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with our new furniture and with the service we received from Ernest Thompson.

Overall

We ordered a custom rocker, footstool and love seat. The entire process was exceptional and the end result was extraordinary. Susan sketched our ideas, made extremely helpful suggestions and Mike made it all come to life as comfortable furniture.

We were expertly guided through the process of choosing wood, stain, fabric and design elements. We were never rushed and the goal was to produce a perfectly designed grouping. The furniture was delivered with great care and we love it!

We highly recommend Susan and all of the talented furniture artists who are a part of the Ernest Thompson team.

Overall

We ordered four Sombraje turtle backed chairs to match walls in our home. Ernest Thompson used our paint samples and matched the twigs perfectly. Emily was a delight to work with - helping me pick fabric, chair height width, etc. The entire experience could not have been better. We have ordered from them many years ago, and are glad to see that quality custom work continues to have a place in the Albuquerque market. Thanks so very much.
