This company is doing construction at the Santa Fe airport. I’m assuming they are in charge of the parking nightmare at the airport. If I’m wrong I’d like to know who is responsible.
The lack of lighting, signage, cameras and overall security is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Reading prior reviews of this company-safety does not seem to be a high priority for them-ironic given they are in charge of construction at an airport.
The airport really should have a shuttle bus running from the parking lot to the terminal during the duration of construction. Once you leave the dismal gravel lot you are looking at a 7 minute walk to the terminal. About halfway into this walk you enter a “paved paradise” with multiple signs featuring the Bradbury Stamm logo and name.
These signs indicate that airport patrons should “Use sidewalk access to the terminal” when in fact the so called “sidewalks” are mostly covered with black and yellow bumper type objects on the ground making it difficult and unsafe to follow the sign directions. Not sure who is in charge of safety and signage in this company but they are not doing their job.

Well if you live in Santa Fe, NM then you know we are starting the third year of our 1 year pave 6 acres project. Originally this was a 1 year 20 million dollar project but Bradbury Stamm has successfully changed it into a 3 year 26 million dollar project. In contrast the Albuquerque airport is going to replace all 8 luggage carousels for 15 million dollars by the end of summer, Bradbury Stamm is still trying to install 1 conveyor. In New York they were able to replace all of the Leguardia terminals is 10 years and Bradbury Stamm can't pave 6 acres of grassy fields in 3 years.

Obviously these guys have never laid concrete curbing or paved an open field as they didn't estimate the time or cost they needed accurately. So if you are looking for a contractor to delay your project 3 to 500% and explode your project costs 25% or more then these are your guys.

At the current pace hopefully the City of Santa Fe and afford the cost overruns for the next couple of years and if lucky in the spring of 2026 they will have completed the 1 year project they started in 2022.

Based on other reviews it seems like a great company to work for. I get that there is rarely anyone working at the Santa Fe airport for most of the last 2 years. It took them 6 weeks to succo a 3 X 3 foot area. They had equipment growing weeds. Nice to get paid to do nothing and not so up. I get the five star reviews.

Yet if they are contracting for you or working close to you all the reviews consistently have 1 star reviews. I guess that means hopefully you never hire them, only work for them.

Let's get the party started!! They play their music loud! They dance! They sing! Most impressively- they dance on the roof! What more could you look for in a construction company? You can clearly tell when there is no management on site, as they play their music even louder. They won't turn down the music if you ask them too. Lots of garbage and plastic bags made it into my yard and my neighbors, and even got stuck in our trees. They built their berm along side my fence, not along the gulley it was supposed to go next to per their building plan. They stacked it with supplies, which frequently blew into my yard, even breaking my fence. They never even attempted to clean up these accessible things, they just leave it. A few of them barked at my puppy to encourage her to misbehave so she'd get in trouble... harassing a puppy- really? They also taught my son his first Spanish profanity word. Amazing company...

*edit* After posting this review, my complaints of their behavior eventually stopped. However, it shouldn't take a google review for employees of a company to act like civilized people.

They have super scary drivers who are very aggressive and dangerous on the road… almost hit my car and was being super aggressive with my kids in the car, NOT COOL I would recommend literally any other construction company seeing that they can’t even drive their own work trucks (truck no. 4)
