I am extremely disappointed in the dealer you have located in New Mexico (Century Equipment). We took a 2014 Case 580SN WT for a service light that was active. The service manager told us that the machine just needed a forced regen to clear the active code. Then they told us that the fuel pressure sensor and pressure relief valve on the fuel system were bad. Then a couple days later they told us the harness had damage and that they could repair it, they attempted to repair this complex harness by simply using electrical tape! Looks like a back yard wannabe mechanic repair job. Now they told us it’s going to need all 4 fuel injectors!! When we confronted the store manager of the dealership about the issue with the repairs he got extremely irate and started cussing at us in front of employees and customers and made us leave the store. The bill was over $4,800 dollars for putting electrical tape on a harness and replacing two sensor that are not bad. They didn’t even test the two components to see if they were bad, according to them Case service manual indicates to replace them both no matter what. Hell the mechanic did not know what a oscilloscope is, that tells me they didn’t even check the rail pressure sensor! They basically tossed parts at the machine hoping that it would solve the issue. We took it to Case being that they are only dealer and have the computer to conduct enhanced diagnostics. Now we still have a machine with the same issue and $4,800 deeper into this machine. I will purchase all my case equipment and parts from Titan Machinery in Colorado, to me it’s worth waiting to receive the parts via mail vs dealing with unprofessional people at Century Equipment. And if we can’t get parts from Titan Machinery it will be time to convert the fleet to Caterpillar, at least Wagner Equipment has top notch customer service, parts department and service department!

The sales team is very helpful, they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied in every way. The gentleman in the service department really knows his stuff and is always willing to lend a hand. The girl up front is outgoing and helpful...always cheerful.
