Like Jamaal and Ted, we were over billed for "Ghost Time". We asked for a tech to check out an error code our lift was showing. Tech arrived and spent 30-45 minutes with our lift plugged into a diagnostic computer.
The tech could not figure out the code, and promised a follow up. We never received any follow up, but did receive a bill for over $1000 with 4.5 hours of labor time included.
In back and forth with admin seeking details, amounts and numbers changed frequently, it is clear they are either willfully billing in a dishonest way or their business practices are such that they are deeply disorganized. One way or another, we're stuck paying a huge bill for no repair and time that wasn't actually utilized at our facility.

Terrible. I was charged $460.00 for a service call to Los Lunas that lasted 30 minutes. They told us to replace a relay, we purchased the relay ourselves and it didn’t fix anything. They can’t explain on my invoice what misc charges are for. Total rip off. Look for another company to service your equipment. I’m going to cancel our contract with Medley and look for another company to service our equipment.

Working with Medley was great. Robert, who helped me, promptly responded to my initial inquiry, answered all my questions and was super knowledgeable. He came to my warehouse to checkout my old forklift and made sure the new one would fulfill my needs and gave honest feedback on where and how to sell the old one. He came when the new one was delivered gave a quick but thorough rundown on operation of my new toy and was in touch and available during the whole process! I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for warehouse and heavy equipment! Thanks Robert and Medley for all you help and quick delivery!

Robert Miera at Medley was very pleasant to work with. He was very knowledgeable in their product line which helped us with the selection and purchase of our new forklift. We are very pleased with our purchase and look forward to having many years of use of it.

Overbilled for a minor service. Quoted $800 to replace a $400 starter on a Yale GLP050 forklift. Final bill was over $1800. Tried to get service to match the quote, they refused. Tried to get labor justification (employee time card) this was also refused. Based on talking to other customers, it comes to light that Medley uses what is called "ghost time". They bill customers for hours that don't exist in order to bump up their profits. Based on what I can tell, my labor was bumped up with ghost time. I would highly recommend using a different material handling provider in Albuquerque. Anyone has to be better than this.
