Excellent experience and service. The office manager, Tina, is very courteous and extremely pleasant to deal with. The crew was prompt, quick, and professional. One of the easiest moves I’ve ever made—would recommend to someone looking for moving services in the ABQ area!

Albuquerque Discount Movers did such an excellent job moving us across town. Joe, Henry, and Lance were so efficient, kind, professional, and hardworking. They handled everything with care and loaded the truck so well and strategically so that everything fit in one load. They even finished under the time they originally estimated! The entire process, from setting up a quote with Joe, to the moving day was seamless and stress free. ABQ Discount Movers are truly the best in the city (and the very best deal!) and we appreciate them so much! We will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know! Thank you for everything!

I went to ADM after being stood up by another mover on the day of the move. Tina was excellent to work with in setting up the appointment. They confirmed everything in advance and stayed in contact throughout the move. The driver, Arnold, and crew handled the furniture with care and professionalism.

Tina and the three gentlemen were absolutely fabulous. I cannot find enough positive adjectives to describe my thanks, gratitude and satisfaction for the service they provided to me. Don’t look any further. Hire them.

I had a great experience with Albuquerque Discount Movers and appreciate the great customer service from beginning to end. Tina took my reservation and was so friendly and helpful the entire time. Mario and Jose were also great and moved all of my items with care and efficiency! I appreciated that they took the extra steps to ask where and how I wanted the items placed in the house, which will make the unpacking process go a lot smoother.

The move started out fairly well, when I talked to the manager her suggestion was that with three when we got to my new place I would have two people bringing in my items and one to reassemble my items. So, I paid for three, the two young men worked very hard taking dolly loads in the house. The older man would bring in an occasional single box. The only thing that was put together was my bed.
I had each room assigned a different color of duct tape for easy placement. I have items that should have been in the craft room upstairs that are buried in my garage. The mirror to my dresser is again in my garage. None of my items in my craft room were put together in fact I don't know where the parts to put them together are located. I have things stacked so high I can't get them down.
The worst part was that the boxes in my garage were not loaded onto the truck, the freezer in the garage was not loaded on the truck. I had to pay for an additional crew and truck to get this done in time for my walk through on time.
I was told there was a $60.00 travel fee which turned out to be over $80.00 plus another $15.00 in gas charge.
In addition to the outrageous price of the move I had to pay out an additional $649.00. This was the worst move in my life.
Update,
1. All of the pictures were taken Friday evening after your crew left.
2. The crew was very aware of my color chart as they thought it was genius. I have kitchen items upstairs in the craft room, I have a box of shoes in my kitchen.
3. When I explained the reason why I wanted to be the last job, it was no problem, now you are blaming my getting attacked against me.
4. You failed to address the garage not being moved.
5. You failed to address the items not being put together. Let alone where the parts are located.
6. I have at least four people who are ready to confirm the details of the move.
7. I should be able to count on the information I was given, had I known I was able not to sign I would not have signed.
This was not a discount move or a quality service

They really came to our rescue when our previous moving company and our new apartment complex had scheduling issues last minute. Joseph and his crew were amazing, and super professional. And a special thank you to Gina for helping us schedule such a last minute moving change! We will definitely call here first next time!
