Homerun plumbing and cooling hit a grand slam! Fantastic customer service and attention to detail. Bodie, Dominic and Saul know their craft and are trustworthy and reliable. From the moment I made the call to have our Heating and Air Conditioner replaced I knew I made the right choice. We even had our water heater replaced.

I have been using Home Run for a couple of years now. Bodie just installed a new swamp cooler for me. His crew showed up on time and did a great job. They were quick, courteous and professional. Whenever I need any plumbing or HVAC work done, I contact Home Run now. I know that they will show up when they say they will, that the work will be well done and that once something has been fixed it will stay fixed.

While I have never needed to have them come back and adjust any work they have done for me, I am confident that if I ever do have any issues that Home Run will stand behind their work.

I couldn't be happier with this service and wouldn't use anyone else.

These guys did a great job. Our evaporative cooler was older, and deteriorating due to the hard water.
Bodie, Domenic and Saul replaced it with an energy-efficient model that cools unbelievably well. It's also eligible for a rebate from PNM, so that's a bonus.
We highly recommend Home Run for all of your plumbing and heating needs!

I called Homerun 2 days ago. Brodie got back to me the same day. I explained what seemed wrong w/ our AC unit.
He scheduled his tech to come this morning. And gave me a price for basic Servicing the HVAC Unit.
Dominic texted this morning before he arrived. He listened to what I said and went right up on the roof to assess.
Thankfully what he discovered wasn’t a big expensive problem and he checked over everything while he was here.
He was super helpful about info on Return Air Filters and really made sure our unit was in good shape before he left.
It was such a different experience to work w/ a company who is trying to provide a good solid service for their customers.
And I am one of those now, going forward!

Needed a new water heater and Bodie responded almost immediately with an estimate after I provided pictures of mine and its' condition. Appointment set for my next available time ( he wanted to come next day). He was here on time and install went smoothly. He explained all functions to me with recs and cleaned up all. Highly recommend HomeRun and Bodie. He also did some gas line work for me in the past.

Follow up from 7 months ago.

The draft inducer was making more noise than usual, so I reached out to Bodie and team. An appointment was scheduled promptly. Issue fixed in 20 minutes.

My 13 year old water heater came up in discussion as well - it was sometimes iffy, and Bodie answered all of my questions regarding big-box versus their models, quality and service/support and put my often times frugal mind at ease.

We then had a new water heater installed promptly. In-depth explanation of what needs to be done and why, comparing models and evaluating my individual needs. Heck, even knowing my neighborhood and types of piping. Just shows the level of experience and knowledge of the local market and products. Blown away.

We now have a HomeRun house, and it is such great peace of mind knowing they are always there for me.

Courteous, professional, exceptional at communication. Does it right the first time.

Bodie was amazing. Very responsive. Very professional and very kind. I am so pleased with the work he did replacing my water heater. It went out and he was there the next day, got it installed very fast and left the job site clean. I have already recommended him to friends and would recommend that you use him if you want a personal touch and quick response and job well done.
