I reached out to Sentry Solutions about seven months ago when we had just moved into our new house. Unfortunately, a few unexpected issues arose, and we had to postpone service until a few weeks ago. I am the type of person who researches companies and services. I spent many hours researching big name companies and because we had just moved in a lot of those same companies came to visit us. Ultimately the decision was made to go local and with Sentry solutions.

First when you call you are talking to a person locally. Not a call center who is going to pass you along to someone else who is out to sell you something. Gary immediately set up an appointment to assess the needs of my home and family. I was surprised when he not only arrived on time but was a few minutes early. I was also provided constant updates in his ETA.

Next, Gary listened to what I had to say and what I thought I needed for my home. It turns out what I wanted was more than I needed. I immediately realized that Gary was an honest businessman, he could have just made the sale but instead explained to me why I didn’t need the extra equipment. Ultimately even though I did not purchase what I initially wanted; I was able to purchase other items from him to better secure my home. Because of this interaction, I chose Sentry Solutions as my security provider, and we set up an installation date.

Installation was even better than my first meeting with Gary. I was introduced to Davin at this time who assisted with the installation. 10-star service! Gary and Davin showed up on time, they installed all my equipment flawlessly. I am known to be quite picky when it comes to my house and they both took all my concerns in stride. Actually they were way ahead of me on this. I did not have nails and cords and other items dangling in an unsightly manner. Instead, every piece of equipment was strapped up nicely into the eaves and out of sight. Gary and Davin thoroughly explained the app they use and how to use the panel inside the home, they helped me set up and align cameras. All while providing what I consider the best customer service. If you have read this far, just call them already, you won’t regret it. This is the best customer service experience I have had in years, and I will recommend them to anyone needing their services. Talk about Five star service! That never happens anymore, but I can you it does with Sentry Solutions! My first call was answered by an actual person not some automated system where you have to punch in 50 different numbers to get a human being. Gary answered all of my questions right away. Trust me when I tell you I ask alot. He provided me with estimated cost and when I called back to schedule, he showed the same johnny on the spot response that is rarely demonstrated these days. He arrived when he said he would and was 100% prepared. The work was done and was perfect! My security camera is working perfectly. He even stayed and assisted me with the app setup! If you want an honest company that still has values in their work, please call Sentry Solutions! I will never use another company for any security needs that arise. Way to go guys for making this lady super happy! ?

As any DIY person knows, retrofits can be extremely difficult… which is why I needed an expert. I asked Sentry Solutions (Gary) to retrofit my DIY analog DVR video security system and proprietary sensor/control panel system with something digital and upgradable and to move me away from Brinks (aka: bankrupt Monotroinics Intl.) monitoring. Wow what a feat Sentry pulled off! They managed to get enough power to my old system for new color cameras and they managed to get an upgradable system that used some of my old sensors. The Sentry guys never complained, but I know the programming was hell. They did it and did not charge me for all of the complications. Not only that, but Sentry was also able to keep track of the new system remotely so they could fix a few bugs. The new system is fantastic. The Sentry guys are real experts and continue to provide excellent customer service! I’m completely satisfied with the installation and their customer service.

Sometimes we get lucky to contact the right people to do a project. Still, sometimes we get fortunate that those professionals have the skills, knowledge, and dedication to have the project done perfectly and exceed expectations.
I needed installation for a wired professional surveillance system that requires roof wiring, connections through walls, and making sure that the cameras covered the intended areas that I wanted.
My experience with Sentry Solutions NM is very satisfactory. I cannot express enough how professional and helpful the team was.
Mr. Sanchez and Mr. Davin were exceptional and did not hesitate to put in the extra time and effort to finish the project perfectly.
I encourage anyone to contact them and use their services, as we felt grateful to have them do our surveillance installation project.

Overall

Sentry Solutions provided a thorough estimate for requested work - actually looking at the broken wire on top of the roof, not just looking up and guesstimating from the ground. They were easy to schedule with, and very easy to work with. The owner and his colleague performed they work - they were both professional and upheld current public health orders. They communicated issues they found during the repair, yet upheld the original agreement. I would highly recommend their services and will use the again in the future.
