I was looking for a replacement glide for a sliding aluminum window made by Don's here in ABQ years ago. As a renter, and new to ABQ, I had no idea who made the windows, and a window having glides rather than rollers was new to me. A few other spots in town looked at the broken sample part I brought in like it belonged in Area 51, but the folks at All-Pro recognized it immediately and had spares to boot. They are the window whisperers! These folks know their stuff.

I highly recommend. I wish I'd called them sooner. My aluminum sliding door was grinding along the track. Reasonable prices. Friendly and quick. My technician knew what he was doing. So glad I called rather than doing it myself. (I thought I was going to need to take the entire door apart. His solution was MUCH simpler.) He had all the parts needed in his truck.

The sliding door on our new house was not functioning properly shortly after we moved in. We thought we were going to have to replace the entire door for around $5000 to $10000 . We had Sean from all pro glass come out and fix our door. What a great job he did. The door now slide with little effort and did it for a fraction of replacement.

Actually, replacement screen wasn't put on that well. The excess screen wasn't trimmed very well either. I had to trim it myself before installing. I asked them to inspect the frame before the screen was replaced. They said it was fine but when I went to install it the top of frame was actually warped by the rollers. I took them at their word but in reality I should have just trusted my own judgment and had them replace that section. Would I go back if I needed to replace the whole screen door? Yes, because anyone can have a bad day...

I called to ask about getting a quote to replace a broken window, and Mike who answered the phone was extremely rude. He assumed I had already spoken with him and was very condescending. I had not called his office before, but my office manager did as we are both trying to get quotes for a new window. He was mean, and stated that he is too busy. I get that they are busy, and that's great, but talking to someone on the phone the way he did to me is really unprofessional and uncalled for.

I have called this company on 3 separate occasions for two different houses. One was for repair of several high end windows and they came out and quoted $6000. The other two calls were for replacement of a foggy window. I spoke with Mike on the two latter calls and was willing and ready to pay whatever the cost to replace the fogged glass and he quoted it up and said that scheduling would call me back to get me in the schedule. After 10 days and no call I called them back and he had no record or recollection of speaking with me or quoting me and could only find quote for the other house for $6000. Fine, I got lost in his shuffle. He requoted me and said he would call me back to give me a schedule time. Guess what? No call back! Just tell me that you don’t want my business and I will go elsewhere. I could have had the dang window replaced in the several weeks this company has wasted my time. I have the feeling that if it was the $6000 quote I wanted to act on instead of the $400 one, I would have been put on the schedule.
