Had an 8x8 foot broken single pane window. Champion salesman recommended triple pane replacement. He said double pane was cheaper but not as good. He also made a number of representations about how the replacement process would be handled and made calls to confirm that the new window was within the size that Champion could provide.
After down payment the person who came to measure the window said that Champion could not provide the size of window ordered and the salesman should have known of the problem.
When I contacted Champion they said that they had changed the order without asking me or notifying me to double pane and I would be charged the same price as triple pane. I said I had not ordered double pane and did not want it and that I was being overcharged if I did end up with double pane.
I was told that manufacture of the windows had not been started and there were problems with the manufacture but that Champion intended to proceed to manufacture and charge for the windows I had not ordered. I was told I could not cancel. I was told that it was my fault for listening to and relying on representations made by the salesman and that Champion reserved the right to substitute and bill for windows I had not agreed to.
Buyer beware, this is not a reliable company. Champion refuses to discuss how to resolve these issues. I give Champion one star because it does not allow me to give fewer stars

I entered my phone and email information to the Champion window web page the next morning my phone blew up with phone calls from other window and remodeling businesses.
They all called me except-Champion whom I was interested in getting an estimate from.
It appears all the local businesses share the same information and it wasn’t limited to the Champion Windows whose web page I used.
So if you don’t want your phone to blow up don’t enter your personal information to ask for an estimate.

Champion product very good , trouble with measuring and door 3 inches too wide. Installer superb trying to modify because it took so long to get the door and my old door was removed. End result was unnecessary modifications by stucco repair professional as trim was too narrow to cover cut stucco and unable to match color so patch shows. The look therefore isn’t up to the standard I expected and I had to pay stucco costs when it was a measurement error. Not the company support I expected but door quality and installer exceptional trying to make measurement inaccuracy work.

We do not yet have our replacement windows, but we met with Ethan to order them. Ethan was courteous and patient with all of our questions (and we had quite a few). He showed us all the materials and construction and what makes Champion windows unique. Their triple pane glass cuts down the heat transfer of these windows to almost none. We were impressed with the product and will have our new custom-built windows in 8-10 weeks. I will update the review once the windows are here and installed.

5 stars for windows and installation! A two man crew completed a 10 window installation within a day and a half. They had a system going and at no time were they on their cell phones or with their hands in their pockets! Polite and respectful! They cleaned up nicely. When job was done explained the mechanics of the windows. We are happy with our new Champion Windows!

***UPDATE*** lt has been several months and champion has replaced the broken glass. I can see that they have hired new technicians. I can see that they are working at things. So I have bumped my score up to a three.

***Old Review*** I'm happy enough with the windows. What I'm unhappy with is champion Windows ability to stand behind their product as they promise. I've had a service request and they've not showed up when they say. When they do show up they have had the wrong product and had to reorder. I'm told that they value my time. But if that was true would they make sure that the order was correct before they got on site? They can sell all the windows they want but they cannot stand behind their product. Service is extremely lacking and I would be very cautious! They are quick to take your money but cannot stand behind the product as promised.

Installation went well. I like the look and feel of the windows. One of the windows is difficult to open; it stutters initially and needs much strength to push open. The demonstration revealed an easy lifting to open the windows, but this one window is very difficult to push open. It acts like the window is too large for the space. My concern is that over time as my strength diminishes, I will not be able to open this window, thus repeating the reason I replaced the windows in the first place. Is there a remedy for this dilemma? I am pleased with the other windows and would give them 5 stars. The one problematic window warrants a 2 or 3. I would like to hear from someone in response. I had a great experience from start to finish. I had a total of 6 windows replaced upstairs (very badly needed). There was consistency in the communication and ensuring I understood every step taken. The installation was done in one day'ish with about a 2 hour follow up. The installers came out powered through a very cold day kept me informed of the process. They returned few days later to finish as a custom piece needed to be done for one one of the windows and screen repair. They were very friendly and made sure any mess made was cleaned up. The windows look great!! They were the 3rd people I called to get a quote and I guess its true 3rd time is the charm.
They are very professional, reasonably priced, friendly and efficient. THANK YOU!
