Joe and his team did a fantastic job locating, digging up, and pumping my septic tank! They provided fast, friendly, expert service at a reasonable price and left my yard looking better than when they started! I will never go anywhere else. Local!!

They have always been prompt, professional and courteous when I used their services for septic pumping and porta potty rental. Drivers were cautious not to damage any landscaping on any of our properties.They have been in buisness for many years and I will continue using this company for their services in the future. Great family oriented company!

A&A Came out to inspect the septic! They were here right at nine. They started to pump out septic system 5 minutes later. The whole thing took about 45 min and the price was less than quoted. No hassle no drama just someone who knows how to do the job. Mentioned that I'd need to update my covers for the septic for the next inspection because mine are not heavy enough. He was easy going and has been in Valencia county for a long time. Even remembered my mom and dad.

They were supposed to come out around 11am to do a septic cleaning.They called me at 1pm and asked for directions to my house. Then the guy asked if my caps were off of my septic and I said “no, I didn’t know they were supposed to be off every time you guys came out I never had them off or were told to do so”. He very rudely said that if they weren’t off he wouldn’t clean my septic and that he was in a hurry to go to Bosque Farms and he couldn’t take them off! I don’t know why they don’t let you know ahead of time since I have been using the company for years and never were told such thing. From now on I will definitely use another company instead, since they were in such rush to do their job!

First, they forgot to schedule us after our call...
Then when we called back, they didn’t have us on any schedule or any of our information...
Called and complained, then all of a sudden someone was available(after hours) to come pump..... after waiting for an additional 2 hours, they called and said they couldn’t find the address and the driver had “no headlights “ on the truck!!!
Anyone who runs a business and can’t find an address in this day and age should not be in business!!!
Horrible! Horrible! Business and horrible professionalism! Do NOT EVER use this company!
Less than a 1 star!!
