Marc came to change the gasket on my LG washing machine. Next time I tried to use it, it would not power on. He had not plugged it in. Since he did not test the machine before he left, I asked him to come back. He said no, he was going on vacation. Hired another guy who came in and took the top off where he showed me the power to control panel inside the washer had not been connected. A job that should have been $75.00 eventually cost me $245.00 because of his carelessness and unprofessionalism.

Ronnie was awesome! I called and described what I needed for my Samsung dryer (a small fitting on the wiring harness that goes to the heating element that broke off when replacing the element). He knew exactly what it was- normally you have to replace the whole harness but he had a lead I could splice to the original harness that he set aside for me to pick up. He saved me a minimum of $85 and a ton of time (it was fixed within 10 mins of me getting home with the lead). When I picked it up everyone there was friendly and helpful. This is now my go to place for anything appliance repair related and I highly recommend them.

This establishment has been my go-to service center for the last 10 years, and has always been able to repair my appliances. They arrive quickly and are very professional. Prices can be a little high but, in this case, you get what you pay for (quick with quality, a rarity these days), and I have absolutely no issues with their work.
