Holly in the scale house should be fired given the amount of disrespect she showed me as a Driver. The attitude was immediate before I said a word because I mistakenly went to the wrong part of the lot as a first timer. Never has a shipper spoken to me like she did and she decided to cancel the load telling me to leave! Just insane, then when confronted about it by the broker and my dispatch she LIED stating I left in a huff almost hitting two people?? and hitting the gate without doing damage as if that were possible in an 18 wheeler at any speed much less "in a huff". Absolutely unreal!

As far as flatbeds go it was quick efficient easy and easy out concise instructions when you get there pull up on the scale stay on the scale walk in check in they'll give you instructions to go to the second stop sign and run the right side of the building and pull around back up at an angle for your exit they'll load you then you pull back onto the scale go back in get your paperwork sign all your papers pull off the scale to the right past the dumpster strap down secure and you're out of there

Dumb layout. If a truck is getting loaded you have to stop in a mud hole. I pulled past it because who stops in a mud hole? Dude on forklift got his tampon wedged sideways and through a fit. Gonna need a trailer washout afterwards as the ground is all black and wet.

Attention truck drivers. You will need a trailer washout after hauling a load from this company. Your floor will be pretty dirty after this is loaded/offloaded. Make sure your customer is willing to reimburse for that later.
