Overall

If I could give them more than five stars I would. They have have amazing through the whole process of fixing some damage to my house and didn’t try to gouge me as far as pricing went as well as their work. The work was amazing and clean and the technicians were super helpful, explained the process to me, and everything in between. I will definitely go back to them if I need anymore work done!

The whole M&R team has been sincerely amazing through the whole process of our flood experience , there’s definitely a reason they have nothing but five star reviews!
They showed up the same day as we called, as we were stressed and anxious after having issues with another contractor!
The entire crew Brenden, Tyler, Wyatt, and Ty’Rek were extremely professional and thorough throughout this entire process ! The communication daily, transparency, showing up daily to move fans around as needed and test moisture levels , compassion to the fact that we are out of sorts personally, the professionalism, the profound sense of being a priority although I’m sure they were helping others as well, the reassurance that they are going to make things right, and the zero stress of knowing they are directly communicating with construction contractors as well as our insurance adjuster to get the ball rolling towards things being completed! (They even made sure our cats didn’t exit the house while they were in and out moving materials, fans, and debris)
I’d highly recommend them time and time again! Hands down they will be our first call with any future issues that we have with our home! It’s been an amazing stress free experience which is exactly what we needed while our home was in disarray and we were uncertain of the entire process!

Pipes broke in my mother’s home by the time we found out the wood flooring and some walls were saturated and caused mold. M&R Restoration came out, accessed, quoted and began the work.
Corey, Brendan, Westley, Tyler, Tyrek and Wyatt were out here on time, worked well together and got the job done. These guys are friendly , courteous, answer all questions you may have, informative and very organized. I highly recommend this company if you’re ever in the need for this service. Our opinion is that if you have a business it should be modeled after M & R Restoration’s customer service. Exemplary!!!

Tyler, Brendon, and Jacob were very professional, friendly, and communicated the process well for our restoration and mitigation for water damage inside our home. We already have a service contract and a good relationship with M&R plumbing, so I was very happy to learn they have a water and fire restoration and mitigation branch of service. They work with our insurance company, USAA, well.

Would absolutely recommend this company and the people that work for M&R. Very professional, knowledgeable, kind and hard working group. Willing to help out when and where ever needed. Extremely detailed information taken during the restoration process and always willing to answer questions or find the answers. I can’t say enough good things about this group of individuals. They really made the process of our house being damaged by a water leak a lot easier to deal with. They worked as fast as they possibly could to get everything cleaned up and dried out before it got worse. Our insurance company was not very helpful with anything, claims or answering any questions. M&R was right there the whole time to comfort and walk us through everything, constantly checking on how we were doing making sure we weren’t getting too upset or discouraged with the process. All I can say is everything positive, these are some of the best people I’ve ever had the chance to meet and work with, absolutely an amazing company. Some pictures including water damage to getting cleaned up, next step construction to repair the damage.
