Edit- the initial diagnostics was great, but they haven’t gotten back to me since then about when they can come back to fix it which has been a problem since it’s so hot out. I’ve called several times left messages and sent texts.

What an amazing process and experience. I was in constant contact with the dispatcher and the tech, Kurston, prior to his arrival. They sent me a picture of who to expect and a 2 hour windows instead of 6 hours like most others.

Kurston came out to my house (on time) and immediately knew what was wrong with my AC system, from 10 feet away from the unit outside. After demonstrating the issue to me, he was able to replace the dead capacitor in a couple minutes and got my house nice and chilly once again.

He's a super knowledgeable and friendly guy and would highly recommend him again! When your AC goes out in this type of environment and heat, these guys are literal heroes. 10/10

What a great experience working with the folks at Aire Serv! I called before scheduling a technician to diagnoses my heater to see if they accepted warranty. I was told yes and that I would even get the service fee reimbursed if if the work was approved through my warranty company. I started getting text message seeing if I wanted to move forward. I messaged back saying that my warranty company wanted to speak with them and they never replied back. I messaged back and I was told that my technician would give me a call never received a call. I kept getting the run around until today I spoke woth Blanca and she informed that they don't work with warranty companies. They were good at first but it went down hill with no communication. Took forever for someone to tell me I have to pay out of pocket and it would be up to my warranty agency to reimburse me if they want.
