Devin came out to service my garage door. He was very polite and professional. He communicated with me throughout the whole process and throughly explained my options. He completed the work quickly and at a good price. I was also assisted by Adrian via online chat to get information and schedule the appointment. Adrian was also very helpful and professional. Ray Flores was a great tech. Very friendly very knowledgeable. Had an emergency late at night came out to help me. Didn't hesitate to come to my rescue. So I would not have to leave my garage open all night. I appreciate all his hard work in getting my garage door and all parts it needed to get it working perfectly.

So my technicians name was Eric, awesome guy. I recently purchased a garage door three years ago. I thought it was just needing lube. Which it did. It also needed better wheels not the plastic ones that were on there. I have real wheels with real ball bearings now much quieter. The other thing, the door was so heavy for the motor. It was making noise that I did not notice. I kind of wish Eric, didn’t notice either. Lol.

Noticing that Saved me quite a bit of life on the motor. Cheap wheels, means cheap coils they’re expensive but they’re lifetime. But they’re expensive everywhere I Checked.

So I thought Eric, had been in the business for at least 20 years. Turns out he’s only been in the business for a little over three months they train their people and it Shows. Oh, by the way, those two pictures , That’s the difference in Coils. The red ones are my new fancy ones, and the other ones… well, they were just pretending to be coils the company sold me were Two year coils!

So for anybody interested I would definitely use one again in fact I’m not using overhead ever again. I traded with them for almost 20 years.

I was extremely satisfied with the courteous service provided by Andres Brizeno, who explained thoroughly the specific problem as well as how the garage door, opener, and all things related, work in general. He also took time to go through the complimentary multi-point inspection and lubrication, while showing me what areas to pay attention to. (Attached is a photo of the scale he used to weigh the garage door with and without the springs.) I couldn't be happier with the job and pleasant attitude of Andres and highly recommend A1 for any and all of your garage door needs.

Their customer service was incredible! Matt greeted me with a handshake and a smile. He zeroed in right on the issue with my current garage door. He truly is a master at his craft!
