I needed my ac to be serviced for the srart of the season. I was grossly overcharged and they used the cheapest parts that failed in a month and a half. I had to call someone else to come fix it again.

I have a special needs daughter who is dependent on a ventilator. She is very sensitive to any changes in temperature in our home. On July 3rd at 4:30pm our refrigerated air STOPPED working. We call and we get an appointment for July 4th. I was so grateful for them coming out at 330 in the afternoon on July 4th to do some diagnostic work, to get an idea of what is needed. They figured out the issue, but will have to come back, during normal operating days due to parts availability. Thank you so much for taking time away from your family during a holiday and help me and my family.

DO NOT HIRE Discount is a JOKE!! Was quoted ninety nine over the phone to switch out a thirty dollar capacitor. Technician showed up and NEEDED MY LADDER PLUS HELP to switch out the part, then charged me four hundred dollars for a fifteen minute job I HAD TO HELP HIM WITH !!!! Called Budget primarily because they are a local Rio Rancho company. My furnace wasn't lighting and I've had this happen before so I already knew what the fix would be. Their diagnosis was the same as mine, faulty circuit board. Due to the age of the unit, a replacement board would be costly to find. I opted to spend a little bit more to get the whole unit replaced. I already knew what a new unit would cost and the price was comparable to what I was expecting. Adam and his assistant were professional, on-time, and a pleasure to work with. They even came out on a Saturday to finish the job and installed a power switch for the heater. A nice touch. Highly recommend for any HVAC/Plumbing work needed.
