Clearly Santa Fe is drowning in the demand for interior design services and higher end products. As a designer from Houston working in Santa Fe, I suggest those of you designing homes that you bring with your own team, furnishings and accessories. Santa Fe cannot keep up with the demand. I used Linsons for shades and everything that could go wrong, went wrong and there was no follow up. At one point you have to stop blaming COVID and take responsibility for your customer's projects. :(

Would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely the worst. Told my project would be one month. One YEAR later, I still did not get the correct result, but I gave up. Four iterations of two simple drapes --- pleat wrong, width wrong, length wrong, etc., etc. Never an update call---whenever I called it was suddenly, "oh, yes we were just going to call you." Yeah, right. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We replaced all the blinds in our house. Service was highly professional and design recommendations were excellent with suggestions for less expensive blinds where appropriate. The inevitable Covid related delays we were kept to a minimum and we were kept in the loop.
We are very happy with the outcome and have highly recommended them to our friends. (By the way, no one asked us to post this positive review)

Lupie was wonderful to work with, very professional and very helpful. The store...not so much. Over the course of 3 days, I called the store, left 4 messages, none were returned. I'm going to do more windows but will be using a different company.

I just loved the quality and service that I received from Linson's.
Their huge selection was of exceptional quality and their design knowledge was excellent.
The final products exceeded my expectations except for one item.
I was very pleased that when I was unhappy with the design of one of the items that Linson's happily reworked this item for me.
I highly recommend Linson's and will definitely use their services again..
