Great Job from all the staff. Had problems after a power outage, technician Bryon fixed it and provided information for a unit with backup, which he installed to perfection.

UPDATE: The management reached out after the review below. They were kind, apologized, made no excuses, and offered to make things right. I appreciate that, but I’ve already got another contractor. I did increase this rating from 1 to 2 stars.

I wanted 2 entry doors installed. OD may do quality work, but I never got that far. The sales rep Chris is knowledgeable, professional and helpful, when he shows up for appointments. I had a no-show (with no notification) and then a last-minute cancellation for scheduled appointments. I appreciate that good contractors are busy, so I continued. But then after I decided on the final specs and was ready to place the order, weeks went by without Chris responding to several emails and phone calls. I then called the main office and was told Chris would definitely call me later. Nobody called back. After another week or so, Chris finally responded to an e-mail, saying he's been dealing with family issues and to give him more time. OK, I sympathize with family issues. It's now been more than 2 weeks with no communication. If this is the responsiveness of OD pre-sale, it doesn't give me hope that I'd get a response on issues I might have after the sale. I give up. What a waste of time.

So i was in a little over my head with a DIY garage dooor upgrade. I replaced the torsion spring and the motor but when I got to a stopping point after many failed attempts to get the system running I called overhead door. They were available with in 24 hours and had it set up perfect. Even was generous enough to say I did a good job getting everything in place right. Definitely recommend and could be happier to pay some one to fix my mistakes ?

The people from Overhead Door were extremely efficient in installing a new motor for my dying garage door / they came right away and on time, fixed the problem and now I have an almost silent, smooth opening and closing where before it sounded like the weekly garbage trucks emptying a bin. They were reasonable as well. Im very grateful.

Called for appt for garage door stuck on open. We knew what issue was as it was pretty obvious. Was pleasantly surprised that they came out next day. We had few parts replaced (door is 10 yrs old) which basically upgraded it which required coming back next day. It's better than ever! So very pleased with how quick the repair was AND they showed up when they said they would! Very professional!
