Great team. Very polite, and go the extra effort and help. They are very professional. Our trash is always picked up on time. My kiddo likes to go outside and wave at our driver. The driver always stops for my kiddo. I am truly grateful for the genuine team that waste management has.

We live in Fernley,NV. Our driver is timely and professional. Always waves hello and is sure to place our cans back where we set them. User friendly website and friendly staff when we call in.

Horrible service, made arrangements and paid in full on 3/28/24 for a waste 14yd waste container and was told it would be delivered Friday 3/29/24. Later that day I received a call that the servicing location refused to honor the service until the following Monday 4/1/24. Monday came and no container. I called and was told they chose to schedule the drop off for 4/5/24 but they would try to get one out sooner. Tuesday 4/2/24 6 am and a truck is at my house. I made arrangements for the bin to be picked up on Monday 4/8/24 and as of midday it is still sitting here and I’m being told it will be picked up by 7pm (probably). This is by far one of the worst service provider interactions I have had and it’s a complete shame that Lyon county has given wm a monopoly on trash service.

Our garbage man is always helpful and friendly, and my neighbors say he often goes above and beyond. For that reason myself and my neighbors try to put heavy bags in the can and extra bags we try to make light at the side.
