Talked to Allen gave him a couple of dates and since they were booked sat so I gave him 2 other dates and he didn't listen he hung up on me,I called back two times and the phone was picked up and hung up,this guy has a bad attitude and terrible customer service

Bath fitter removed our old tub shower and installed a new walk-in shower. From start to finish the service was exceptional. Trey, the salesman was not pushy and gave us time to think about it and talk about it before we made our final decision. Eric the installer was on time, very clean and even covered our stairs with drop clothes so he did not track any dirt throughout the house. Update1/302021, Happy to say I now have tub/ shower. Thank you. Corporate office called and hurried the delivery process and said whole job would be have a warranty. Now just waiting for warranty paperwork. I have attached a picture of completed job.

Update 1/25/2021 Had an appointment for them to install today, got an email last night saying they don't have the liner and I should get a call from corporate office today. Not sure what is happening. Guess I wait for a call to know. ?

1/8/2021, Bath Fitter after much time had me sign a legal document, that they would install their product over the existing tiles that were cracked when tub liner was installed but that there would be no warranty for the wall shower product. This uninstall of old liner and install of new wall liner was to occur on 1/7/2021. Their lead installer came and was unable to install as tub liner was wrong size. Now I am stuck with a black sticky tub. They just contacted me and said end of January even though the installer said it would be top priority and installed within a week.

This is a nightmare, I will try posting the picture of the tub I and my other half are now having to use to shower.... so disappointed, angry and frustrated.....

Hope this black sticky stuff isn't toxic, last thing I need is more health issues to my already compromised immune system and body ?

Anybody know what I can do???

Update: unable to get bid on cracked tiles as they cant match them. This is a guest bath, started using it today, noticed a bulge in the tub liner, where a overflow would be. Have emailed company with all of this today. Do I get complete retile bids?

Company did contact me prior to this and said they would replace the liner and are reordering correct liner, although never remeasusered.

Had tub liner installed yesterday, waited a day for things to cure. Two broken wall tiles that installer filled with caulk after breaking. Liner doesn't go to floor, liner bowed at front end of tub, liner gives at back inside tub, liner gives along side of tub. Overall so not happy. Called today, will see what they do.....

Company came and asked if I would accept their liner, picked one of their colors, a soap dish and shelves. Now waiting, apparently they are not sure if they want to do this now, also they won't warranty it. I am loosing tile with their liner, thought okay they are trying, but no warranty? Tile enclosures are so much more expensive and value adding to a home. Waiting to hear something more, trying to be agreeable.....

I bought a new shower enclose from Bath Fitter several months ago. My old shower was a mess, being the original from 1976. It was impossible to keep clean. I tried many products, even paid a lot of money for a lifetime sealant. What a disappointment!! The Bath Fitter took about nine hours to complete. Adam put plastic on the floor from the front door to the bathroom, and did a very good clean up job. This company has a five star customer service. I had a small issue, and the manager came over in less than one hour, and took care of it. They don't force you to buy their shower doors, and they are quite expensive. I decided to get the doors, even though they put me over my budget. I got the frosted style, and they are BEAUTIFUL!! I'm so glad I decided on getting them after all. I've never cleaned this new shower. I just wipe it down before I get out, and it looks brand new. I love my shower. Thank you again Bath Fitter
