Find another contractor! They have poor communication both with the office staff and the contractors. They initially did not install tile spotters as contract stated but had to fill pool once plastered. They also installed new drain covers that did not work properly with our in-floor pop-up cleaning system. Scott insisted those were the only drains available on the market. Before paying the final invoice Kenny agreed to inlay tile spotters and also mysteriously found correct drain replacements. He said the installation of the tile spotters after the fact would be seamless as if done the first time. They are not. Dirt pools around each one. Then he said it was my fault for picking that tile. I would not use this company again.

Horrible , not even 8years old have to replanted already!!!! HAD to take them to state contractors board because of horrible work, they punctured a hole in my auto fill and put silicone to cover it, because I took them to state contractors board!!!!! Stay far far away.

Unprofessional. This company either has too much work to take new customers, or they are going out of business. We were committed to use Heritage to do a complete pool remodel - pulling teeth to get them to communicate - finally ending with them saying to look elsewhere. They reneged on the contact they signed, telling us it’s null and void, and told us to look elsewhere. So should you.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY- LOOK ELSEWHERE.
To start with took them over 5-6 months to make appointment, in between extremely poor communication then they removed the existing plaster and left it like that for over 4-5 weeks until they came back to finish the plaster. The plaster work seem very poor with lots of clouding (inconsistent), they also don’t take responsibility for the start up afterward which is vital for the curing and completion of the plaster work. A professional plaster company will actually insist to do it to ensure the plaster cured properly, but the quality is obviously not their priority.
AVOID AT ANY COST !!
Not worth it, pay more and get better constructor.

UPDATE POST VENDOR REPLY-
Referring to the vendor lame response, Heritage took 5 MONTHS to book a job that other vendors normally take less than 5 weeks so their schedule is the worse you can find in Las Vegas, might have be worth it if they were any good- but they are NOT. workmanship is very poor. they were also suppose to fix the fountain which they only did small portion of it leaving many areas with CRACKS and not painted. They also did not provide full description of the job scope neither to me or the management company - that is why we were looking for alternate contractor but since they were paid hefty advance it wasn't worth it to shift to another vendor, if they have not collected an advance- they would have been rejected from the job for sure, they probably know how bad their job is so they are so they asking for large advance payment to secure the job- just show how professional they are.

They only informed about the full procedure require after the work on the day of the job so no preparations were made to ensure the start up after the plastering will be done properly and in timely manner.

Many plastering companies offering do to the post plastering job to ensure their job is complete properly, but not in Heritage case, they flee the scene once they done with the job, of course leaving the area around the pool dirty with plaster spray etc.

DEAR HERITAGE PLASTER -
MAYBE YOU SHOULD THINK A LITTLE BIT - WOULD I BE POSTING THIS LENGTHY COMPLAIN ABOUT YOUR COMPANY IF I WOULD BE HAPPY WITH YOUR WORK ???? - MAYBE YOU SHOULD ASK YOURSELF SOME QUESTION ABOUT HOW YOU RUN YOUR BUSINESS AND SEE HOW TO IMPROVE IT INSTEAD OF WRITING LAME EXCUSES.

After finishing the start up process and starting to use the pool, the plaster quality is absolutely horrible, anyone using this company making the worst choice , plenty of better and affordable vendors.

Stay away from this company, it's a real ripoff. They charge you for service they didn't provide! In my case, they claim to wash the tiles around the pool with hight pressure. We have all the videos from our security cameras and they didn't hight pressure them. I did clearly ask if they will do it and they said yes. I paid $500 for a service they didn't provide. Stay aways from them !

If I could give Heritage Negative stars I would . Scott appeared to be professional when giving the estimate(I made the mistake of paying for the job in full ahead of time won't that mistake again. The workers did not speak English and left a huge mess in the backyard of plaster. and left their tile cutter in the back yard for over one month. After repeated phone calls to finish the job they the non English speaking workers picked up the tile cutter did not finish installing the scuppers which I had paid extra for. After repeated phone calls to Scott he finally came out and was so rude and condescending and threatening manner. When I asked him why the fountains didn't work asked him to have his workers take the scuppers back off and find out why so much rock was coming out he said NO I was to deal with it they already got paid. Tried to reach the owner NO response. You would think with 30 years experience they would know something about customer service apparently not . Worst pool company in Las Vegas stay far away from them. You could do a better job yourself than hiring this company

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Contracted them to remove all of the plaster and put brand new plaster as the pool was over 10 years old and we didn't know maintenance history (has just purchased this home). Contractor merely chipped a few spots and was intending to pour the new plaster over the pool even though 90% of the old plaster was still there!! I stopped them and asked why they hadn't taken all the old plaster out like i requested and was told that they don't do that. They demanded additional money to remove all of the plaster despite the fact I had told their sales guy that's what I wanted. They claimed i failed to properly request that by using the proper term "full chip-out" as if consumers are supposed to know these technical terms. Removing all of the plaster is exactly the same thing chipping out ALL OF the plaster. They wanted extra money to remove all of the old plaster. Their workers left a mess with old plaster residue which they pumped in garden area thereby needing clean up. I also paid to have the calcium build up on all of the tile removed and they didn't remove all of it. I had to call them again to return to finish. They refuse to do the exact work ordered unless you pay extra and since your stuck with work already started their scam is to put you against the wall unless you pay up. This company also claimed to be a member of the National Plasters Association, and that they did work for various casinos on the Strip but all these were LIES! Stay away!

These pictures is the point when they were about to put the new plaster on top of the old plaster. Even though I specifically asked to have ALL OF THE OLD PLASTER REMOVED. This is how they save on costs but screw you over. Had i not been there they would have merely removed a few spots of the old plaster (like shown) and then pour the new plaster on top of the old. Stay away from them!!!

Terrible!! Poor craftsmanship of plaster job, plaster is uneven and thin, pool looks worse now after Heritage plastered it!! Company refuses to fix their substandard work. Had to file complaint with contractors board. Do yourself a big favor and look for another company to plaster your pool. DO NOT HIRE HERITAGE POOL PLASTERING FOR ANYTHING!!!
