Horrible Experience- everything from the house cleaner who arrived to the manager Jose! Avoid if you want a clean home in a timely manner.

House cleaner arrived, spent 3 hours in my (>1700 sq foot) home dusting with a swifter and vacuumed one room. During the vacuum she managed to unravel the carpet- about three inches in the center of the room. She completely disregarded the check list Always Ready provided for their guaranteed- general cleaning of the house including appliances, vacuuming, cleaning bathroom ect.
Called and talked with Jose to come up with a solution. To make up for the sub-par clean they offered another house cleaner to come 24 hours later to fix- not acceptable due to timing on my part. For the carpet Jose said he would be in contact with the the following day. I HAD TO CALL HIM MULTIPE TIMES, he did answer the phone (the least he could do), no real time set, just "I will text you 20 minutes before I get there". He came out at 4:50. He said he knew a guy who could fix it- I got quotes from licensed carpet repair companies already. The other companies could be schedule within the next few days, Jose had no timeline with when the repairs could take place. Reiterating that if it would repaired by a company who fit the timeline, he would not reimburse me.

For all this trouble he also offered me a free hour if I wanted to pay for a two hour supervisor cleaning... no thank you.

On 10/15/2018 I used this company for a recurring monthly cleaning service. I have had issues in the past where items that I have paid for where not completed. After I complain, they rectify the issue on the next month. This is by far not the first time. I let it side on two separate occasions; however, this third time I paid an extra $70 for the refrigerator and stove only to come home to a completely unclean refrigerator and stove. I took numerous pictures, and called the next morning. The rude gentleman on the phone tells me I will not be getting a refund, and the services were completed. I asked if he wanted to see the pictures because clearly the refrigerator and stove were not cleaned, and he didn't reply. I sent over the pictures via text message, and have not received a response. This is completely unacceptable, and will not be tolerated. I want a complete refund. The services are shabby. They consistently arrive late, don't complete paid services, yet charge the card prior to leaving the property. The lady is more interested in playing with the dogs then doing the job I paid for.

Horrible business! They came in and basically trashed my house from floors, counters, appliances etc were all covered in a chemical that ruined my stainless steel. They even coated our kitchen knives with chemicals. My wife and i took several hours re cleaning the entire house. While having the tile and grout cleaned they drug the hose from machine through the house rubbing the baseboards and damaging them. While cleaning tile they got chemicals all over the bottom of my stainless steel appliances causing them to rust! Then they left puddles of water everywhere causing the paint to start peeling from baseboards as well. They also stained the concrete on the walkway to the front door with the chemicals. When i got home several hours later the house smelt HORRIBLE! I could go on with other issues but I think you get the clue. So I contacted the owner and was told they guarantee their work for 24 hours. He came and my wife went over all the issues. He said he takes full responsibility and will have it all fixed. I sent him 15+ pictures of all the issues as well. He said he’d contact me the next day. Never heard from him. Then i get a notification that they fully charged my card that i never authorized to use especially considering all these issues. I try to call and of course no answer and no call back. I call 2 business days later and finally get him on the phone and basically tell him i don’t want them in my house again and to refund my money for at least the tile/grout cleaning. After he has to call the tile guy he finally agreed to refund for that part. Which by the way i had already disputed the charge with my credit card. So in summary i DO NOT recommend this company to anyone.
