Tech was knowledgeable but $540 dollars for an $49 American half that cheap import capacitor that takes 10 minutes to replace.
They actually have YouTube videos from veteran techs with examples and complaints about price inflation. The cost should be a third plus the diagnostic. Win Win and

Melvin did a great job addressing our initial exterior plumbing issue. To our surprise a second unrelated issue was discovered in one of the bathrooms that leaked into a downstairs bathroom and laundry area. The issue had gone unnoticed for a couple of weeks. I showed him the source and he immediately knew how to address the issue. We scheduled the job for the following day and he quickly remedied the issue once he arrived. I can only hope my drywall and stucco repairs go as smooth.

He was great although I decided to go with Home Depot. They gave me a 800 number that said that the people who manufactured the water tank would replace the gas control valve for free because it was guaranteed for six years so I’m going to get with Home Depot tomorrow they one 800 number and see if they can cover it for me but thank you very much, Mr. Ruben was excellent, but I decided to go with Home Depot again thanks again Michael Moore
