NV Sliding Door is great. NV sliding door replaced my screen door for me, they came to measure, custom made my new screen door and installed the door for me. The entire process was easy and the service was professional. I would highly recommend them.

I honestly knew nothing about the process and I knew nothing about how much it would cost. David showed up and gave me a very comprehensive, detailed breakdown of the process and what is involved. He was extremely professional from day one and very thorough in his follow up. Jose, the gentleman who repaired my stucco, did an outstanding job! David of NV Sliding Door provided me outstanding customer service. First, David explained in detail the cost he pays vs. profit margins, something I greatly appreciated. (NVSD after all is a business.) Then after agreeing to the purchase, he explained the timeline and why it will take several weeks for the product to arrive. A day before the installation date he then explained that the process will occur in four phases by four different teams – the installation, the caulking, the cleaning, and the inspection, which was done by him. Even when my order was screwed up by the manufacture (due to reasons beyond David’s control) he apologized for the delay by giving me and my wife a bottle of wine. David did everything in his control to make things right and ensured I was involved in every step of the process. What I got was a quality sliding door with outstanding customer service and for that I am grateful. Yes, the door is not cheap (you do get what you pay for) and yes, the process does require patience. Nevertheless…I am quite happy with the result. Five Stars!
