I had the pleasure to have my solar installed by Elevation Solar. It took them only 2 days to do the install and each day they were done before noon. I was lucky to have crew #3 to do my install and these guys are hard workers and were a joy to have around. We have our solar panels installation started in 2019 and activated in 2020. The whole process was smooth and swift as promised. I was happy and excited to see how much money I saved and proud of the energy we produce. 4 years later I noticed a noticeable difference on electric bill compared to same month last year so I called for support. After hearing my explanation Juan was able to find my information quickly and explained how my system performed over the years. With the data fact he convinced me there's nothing to be worried about my system and the difference in my bill is due to my usage went up. He also helped me set up the monitoring account which I should have setup long ago but forgot to do so. Now I can closely monitoring the system which put my mind in peace.
