Overall

don't USE JM concrete. . They destroy and do no repair. Yes they completed the work. But they caused $3000 of damage with no repairs

They broke a main water line
They damaged my house gutter
They destroyed my irrigation line and would not come back to repair it.

they made no effort to repair any of the damage.

they destroyed my driveway leaving large rocks in the driveway -which had been paved with either chat or small type two

they were supposed to remove the dirt they dug out.. instead they dug the trenches and put the freaking dirt back in. They had said he would put type 2 in the trenches. The work performed was part of a house stabilizing effort.

I have spent $3000.00 to fix the damage they have caused.

The crew was disrespectful of our wishes. They said they would be here at one time. And then came earlier and jumped over our fence. One guy had the audacity to drive his car into out backyard and parked next to the house and under a kitchen window and turned on his radio. They didn't clean up the job site when they were done. All in all it was an unpleasant experience.

James and his crew are professional and efficient; my concrete apron and sidewalk are beautiful - smooth, with expansion joints in all of the right places. James was very responsive to my questions, as there was a 4 month wait (good folks are kept busy!). The crew was considerate regarding my property, keeping the mess to a minimum. Price was RIGHT - nearly $2K less than other competitors - I will never use anyone else.

JM Concrete does quality work at a fair price. I wanted my patio extended in my backyard due to a massive slope in grade that gave me almost no level space to use. They built up almost 6 feet in gravel for the 20x40 slab and completed all of the work in one day with just 4 crew members. Their crew worked hard and rarely stopped for a break. After moving 4 semi truck loads of gravel they fixed the land that was disturbed by their equipment. They offered to move the extra gravel to where I wanted it and cleaned up all construction debris and trash. I am very happy with the finished work and will be using them again.
