Blake was very prompt, efficient, pleasant, and explained everything thoroughly while repairing our air conditioner on a 104 degree day!! We were so grateful that he made time for us two hours after we called in a panic mode when our air conditioner quit working. True professionalism. Our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night and when we contacted Tru Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning the next morning, they responded quickly and came to the house that same day to service the unit.
Blake S., the technician, is outstanding. He addressed all concerns and made sure to check any potential problems as well.
And our dog liked him. That’s always a plus!

The technician was friendly and very helpful. I was told by another technician by another company that my wiring was messed up and I would need an electrician. But he would do it for $580. I know he wasn’t telling me the truth. So after calling around I found this company. Braden came in and fixed the issue immediately. No wiring needed replacing. Awesome dude! I’m glad I was referred to your company.

Had a great experience with this company!
Had a heating emergency on the weekend...of course.
I was called back quickly, and a very nice gentleman came out. He showed me what was happening and gave me options. As he couldn't get the parts that night, he loaned us space heaters to get through till Monday. Amazingly the space heaters worked great!
They arrived on time and installation was quick.
The technicians were very professional and clean. Would highly recommend!
