HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I had some disorganized ideas in my mind about how everything should look like (and some inspirational pictures to share) and Elizabeth guide me + Ruben did some raw sketches for me to see my idea became a reality. The team came to verify the measures and started the shop drawings really fast cuz I needed ASAP for my studio. They were communicating with me from the beginning to the end of the process and even called me after to make sure everything was on point. In my experience there was a delay on getting the quote (mailed them twice) but then they replied!

Overall

I am so thankful for the patience and attention to detail I was provided by New York Custom! I contacted them because I wanted to have a vanity built just to my liking. I had a very specific idea of how I wanted it to look and I was hoping I could properly convey my vision. The architect was able to perfectly capture my vision and made sure I was completely satisfied with the final drawing. The owner, Elizabeth, is so kind and a pleasure to work with. I absolutely recommend this company! They made this process quick and painless. I would work with them again in the future!

I highly recommend NY Custom Interior. After dealing with a very unprofessional and unaccommodating architect, working with the team here was a refreshing change of pace. My amazing experience started with the owner Elizabeth, who was extremely professional, easygoing, and knowledgeable. I had ideas about what I wanted my walk-closet to look like, but wasn’t 100% sure about what to do. Elizabeth and the architect, Ruben, worked diligently with me to ensure my vision came to life. Ruben was great to work with. He paid an incredible amount of attention to detail, and even came to my home to sketch designs. This made is very easy to envision what the end product would look like. I now have a beautiful, custom made closet that matches my house and style perfectly. Can’t say enough good things about them!
