Anwar from was a really cool dude he fix the problem in 5 minutes. Upgrade the system. Give me a quick tutorial. Very cool guy higly recommend his service. Very knowledgeable, respectful, polite and patient.

I read some of the negative reviews and do not understand. Anwar's team installed six cameras at our home and we were happy with the product. The only real issue I had was some of the were not hidden in the way possible but that was fixed free of charge when they returned to install two additional cameras. The installers are very friendly and quite relaxed, which I actually prefer. All in all they did a great job.

Two guys showed up around 1030a (not Anwar). After about 90 minutes, they decided they were not comfortable doing the job and were leaving per the text I received.

Ultimately, this was a case of a contractor failing to bring the right tools to do the job (ladders too short) and then deciding that they didn’t want to bring the tools to do the job so they just walked off. Really left me as a customer who put down a significant deposit in a really bad way considering I was expecting this job to be completed today.

It is even more frustrating that sent pictures of the scope of work in advance and I personally spoke with Anwar earlier the week, and he assured me that they did this type of work all the time, and it was no problem for them. He assured me that the height was not a problem for them.

According to Anwar I will be receiving a refund in 5 to 7 business days, I will update the review accordingly when and if that occurs

I wish if I could give 10 stars, my experience was definitely most satisfying. The through work of Mr Gonzalo was extremely impressive, very pleasant, friendly and very clean . I will definitely recommend him / company to my friends and family. Thank you Abstract ??????????

BEWARE !!!!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY. STAY AWAY. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH ANWAR. HE AND HIS WORKERS DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. During Covid (3/8/21) HAD CAMERAS INSTALLEd. His worker drilled a 2 inch hole thru my wall to run wires. I sent him pictures, he said he would send someone to fix..which never happened. I HAD TO PAY SOMEONE TO FIX. The camera installation could not be finished. He sent his worker back to my home 1 month later (4/6/21) to finish the install. I paid the remaining balance of $500 and asked thru text for the paid receipt with the warrantee. He texted me back 6 days later ”I’ll send later”. 2 weeks later (4/12/21) he texted me to submit a review..lol. On 4/26/21 I text Anwar due to having issues with the cameras and when can he send someone to fix. I sent him videos and pictures of the issues. His responses were “tomorrow” “This week” Next week came and went. I text him again…His texts back to me “next week. I got you”. He finally sent someone 3 months later (July 13,2021 give or take) The issue was never fixed. I texted him, again he said he will send someone. I asked when. He said “next week”. Next week came and went AGAIN. I called and texted him several more times and left voicemails. Heard back from him 1 month later ( Aug 13, 2021) He sent 2 guys who were incompetent. They did not know what they were doing. They drilled a 3 inch hole in my ceiling, which I had to pay to get fixed (sent Anwar pictures) I asked the guys to stop the work, they did and left my home but left a mess of wires (see photo) Oct 14, 2021 I text Anwar due to having issues with cameras being offline and the monitor not turning on. Anwar and I troubleshooted the issue and he determined and stated to me that the monitor is inoperable and he will send someone out to my home to swop it out with a new one since I am still under the warrantee. 1 week later call and text Anwar asking when he is sending someone to do as we discussed. Anwar text back he will send someone there “this week”. The week came and went. On 3 occasions his worker called and informed me they could be at my home in 3 hours which did not work for me. I expressed to Anwar I need at least a days notice so I can make arrangement to be home, which is the way a business should operate, which he lacks in that department. A couple of days later his worker called me to tell me his will be coming to fix the problems but never ever returned my call nor showed up. When I asked Answer what happed he said “You need to be easy” (completely inappropriate dialogue to say to a customer)
FASTFORWARD… 12/6/22 still waiting for Anwar to come replace our monitor that is not working and is STILL under warrantee. The only reason I’ve been so patient with Anwar and Abstract Security Systems Enterprise LLC is due to spending $3,360.00 for a camera system which is still under warranty. Very unprofessional person/company. He does not know how to run a business whatsoever, THEREFORE HE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS !!!
THIS COMPANY IS NOT EVEN WORTH ONE⭐️
***BTW.....SAME CAMERA CAN BE PURCHASED ON AMAZON FOR $30 ...THEY ARE CALLED HIKVISON AND EASY TO INSTALL)
