DEMO has been a great partner in my renovation. I'm sure I wouldn't have gotten through the city's review and permitting process without them! They were interested in apartment renovation project from the start, and respectful of my budget and goals. They're good communicators and very responsive. Taylor has introduced me to many materials and finishes options that I wasn't aware of, and translated my semi-formed ideas into great designs and plans. It will be exciting to see them realized.

I hired Demo Architects for a renovation of my condo in Williamsburg. This was my first renovation project, so I didn't really know what I was doing. Working with Demo was the best decision I made. Taylor has been great to work with on the design side - presenting me with beautiful options and working in collaboration with my tastes and some things that I already picked out before hiring them. They also solicited bids from several qualified contractors, which saved me money in the long run. They work very efficiently and got all of my permits set up with the NYC DOB. Renovating a condo for the first time can be a stressful process, but DEMO has made the process flow pretty seamlessly. I have enjoyed working with DEMO and would strongly recommend them.

Daniel and Catalina are the best architecture team to work with! We are extremely happy with their work, and deliverables. Daniel is very well versed in DOB filings which is helpful when it comes to NYC brownstone renovation. Our permits were approved quickly by DOB and left no delays to the project. Catalina has a great design taste and is quick with 3D renderings. She helped us making numerous decisions for our renovation project. Last but not least that they are flexible in project changes and management. Through out the project, we felt very confident to hand over and trust them managing majority of tasks.

They are a young team and has a lot of passion and potentials. I would not hesitate to reach out to them for renovation of your house!
