Great place for all your tool rental needs, the guys there are so helpful and so accommodating. I called for an emergency Lift Rental and they were able to deliver it the same day. They Also do all kind of tool repairs.

Do not rent from here. Mediocre equipment & inept staff living in fear of their bigoted owner

Rented a drum sander ($50/day) and edger ($30/day) for sanding a hardwood floor.

The bag with the edger had a hole in it, exhausting dust everywhere. The bag was only secured loosely with a rope instead of the typical rubber fitting, so it would blow off of the machine every few minutes.

The drum sander was even worse, with 6 back and forth passes on the floor using a 24 grit sanding belt there was barely any material being removed. As seen in the photo the sandpaper was only touching the floor on one side of the machine (max 3 inches).

I returned the drum sander the next morning and requested a proper bag for the edger; the employee said that the drum sander would be refunded and we would settle the difference when I bring back the edger. I ended up renting a drum sander from Home Depot that worked perfectly.

I brought back the edger after two days along with the unused sanding belts. The company took back the sanding belts and insisted that I owed them a balance even after they should have been reimbursing me for the returned materials and the unusable machine rentals on the first day.

The owner said: "how did the machine not work if some of the sand paper is used?" Well, because I had to rent from somewhere else of course.

I typically wouldn't even waste my time that it takes to write a review, just as I decided not to waste my time trying to have a conversation with the owner, but I think it might be helpful for potential customers to hear my experience so that they do not waste their time renting faulty equipment from this mediocre company only to be accused of lying.

My Tool Rental is irresponsible and a horrid neighbor with little or no respect for women. They are rude and refuse to take responsibility for damage they have caused with their equipment. They have been repeatedly asked to fix the damage they created with their equipment and have refused. Going so far as to the owners denying who they are to promising they will fix it in two weeks (been going on for months) and avoiding the issue. They have been rude and nasty when approached about the matter in a reasonable manner. If this is how they deal with their neighbors and the damage their equipment has inflicted on another's property how do you expect they will deal with a once in a blue moon customer issue????? Read all the reviews and make up your own mind.
