This was a pleasant experience from booking the appointment to the service gentleman who arrived to fix my problem. I could not get my door open since one of the wires snapped. I needed same day service. The gentleman who took my call was pleasant and seemed concerned about my problem. He put me on hold and checked with one of his technicians and when he came back told me he was able to send someone that day. Needless to say, I was very happy. The technician that arrived was pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me - what he had to do and the cost. I WILL call Sears first if there is a next time.

The guy was very friendly. He looked over the motor & told me exactly what was wrong with it. He suggested the same one that I had. He gave me the price & after a moment I asked him about a better motor. He told me the price of the better motor & the benefits of it. He gladly went back to his truck & changed it for the better motor. He took his time to install it & explained everything to me how it worked (newer model) how to use the keypad which I didn't have with my original one & how to download the app & how to use that as well. He even cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely use them again & would recommend them as well.

Bob and his team did an excellent job on our garage door. His presentation in the home was very easy to understand, he presented us with all the options and worked on a price that met our budget. His workers were in and out within 2 hours and our door was replaced. It’s extremely quiet and was installed perfectly. Highly recommend his service to replace that old garage door!

Our experience with Sears Garage door people was great. the sales people were very informative on which model we needed and when the scheduled install appt. came up the installer was right on time (called that he was 10 min away and if there were any special instructions he needed to know!). He let us know everything he was going to do before doing it so we would know. He was neat clean and professional in the installation, and it wet quick. He helped to update the pass code for opening the door from the pass-lock panel & went through the papers we needed to sign. All in all we were quite happy with the service, and not only will we use them in the future if needed, but will also recommend them to all our friends/family!! Than you.

We needed a new garage opener because one of the two we had for 38 years burned out and ceased to work. When the Sears Technician came to install a new one, he informed that the other one should be replaced also because the Company that had manufactured it was no longer in business. I was given a Veterans discount and had both openers replaced with new chains and sensors, new wiring and, four remotes within an hour.
I would definitely recommend this company to any of my friends who was in the market for new garage doors and openers.
