Overall

Overhead door gets stuck on the track all the time. Benny sometimes doesn't show up for an appointment and sometimes shows up with glazed eyes. Puts in a single family rated lift for a multifamily project. And the installer puts the exit button on the passenger side when you are exiting the driveway. Refuses to fix it. And Benny will definitely give you a list of 20 excuses when you try to have them come back for warranty service.

Does anyone think they can reach that exit button when they are driving out of the parking garage?
