S & R provided top notch work on our patio in Brooklyn. The concrete was cracked and needed to be removed, and the old stonework separating the flower beds from the paths was a mess. Rahman and his crew expertly re-poured the pathways ad straightened all the stonework so it looks perfect. They sloped it correctly to the drain and also added coats of stucco to an old bring wall. The craftsmanship with cement is remarkable. They were timely and reasonable cost. This is the second time working with S & R--always excellent results.

The roof repair Rahman team came and inspected my roof fix several leaks that were coming in through my ceiling. They are professionals,really took their time to explain what needs to be done, and only repaired what was necessary. Very reliable, and answered all my calls he made me feel at ease before,during and after the repair process. I highly recommend them.

Overall

Rahman was very responsive with getting me an estimate. He came quickly after we booked him. He and his team did a great job with chipping away our old cement on our balcony and nicely laying new cement with a correct pitch for water drainage. Rahman and his team were friendly and cleaned up after. The balcony looks great now. He also caulked the sliding door and fixed some old mortar between the bricks. See before and after photos.
