Jason and his team did an excellent job of staging my Brooklyn apartment for sale. He was professional to work with and was accommodating to my changing needs. The staging itself was beautiful and worked so well with the strong points of my apartment and the quality of the furniture was solid. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Jason and the Staged to Sell team are first class in every way! They staged an Upper East Side Coop for me in 2018 and a Midtown West Condo this spring. Both were owned by elderly relatives and were shabby and definitely not ready to be listed. Staged to Sell made both apartments look modern and chic and brought multiple offers! By the time I saw their work, I was questioning if I really wanted to sell or move in! The entire team was a pleasure and their taste level is top notch!

Jason and his team at Staged to Sell work nothing short of magic. This was our first time using STS to stage a townhouse and they did not disappoint. We have used them in the past for apartments but were so excited to bring them in for one of Brooklyn's more unique homes - -a historic, clapboard cottage, abutting Barclays center.

Our owners loved their home and saw its true potential but were somewhat hesitant to invest in a stager. They worried that for all that money, someone with 'good taste' would come in and clear the place of all its character and misrepresent everything special about the home that had made them buy it in the first place. As a fellow agent, Jason deeply understood our sellers concerns. His team is so unique because they were able to work with and enhance all the best elements from our sellers personal collection and let the home really speak for itself.

Beyond that, the team at STS is extremely professional, they are understanding of all the moving pieces that go into listing a home and are extremely hard and especially thoughtful workers. At 10:30 pm the night before the listing photos were shot, Jason was there, painting the vestibule, because he knew that although it wasn't under the original scope of the project, it would show up on the 3-D listing tour.

We closed today, over ask, after showing 30+ groups the home in the first week. The home was mentioned multiple times on Brownstoner and we fielded many, many calls and emails about 'that charming yellow house' from desperate brokers trying to get their buyers in first. As agents, with very happy sellers, we cannot recommend Jason enough. Our only hesitation in writing this glowing review is that by singing his praises it means the secret is out and it will only be harder for us to get on his schedule for our next listing.
