5 years on from arguably the worst event of both of our lives. Hiring Dave at R&R has continued to be a top 5 decision in my life.

We collected our entire policy value and somehow Dave got them to add a small little kicker of like $250. We would’ve gotten steamrolled by the insurance company, but we only dealt with Dave and Beth.

It was a lot of work *with* help. I don’t know how we would’ve managed without them running interference for us and handling everything.

They saved us thousands upon thousands of dollars and immeasurable stress at a vulnerable and terrifying time. Thank you thank you thank you.

Bryan Butler is BEST IN CLASS! He has been absolutely indispensable during the past two months. My elderly parents had a pipe burst that did substantial water damage to their home. This was overwhelming for them, understandably. Plus this was a complicated case--elderly couple with unique needs who absolutely needed to get out of the house while the repair work was ongoing (and they could not be placed in a hotel and needed an ADA-complaint residence). Bryan was outstanding -- an effective advocate for my parents on all fronts. I do not know how we would have navigated this chaos without him. He is a consummate professional and his client service is excellent. Bryan is a clear communicator, responsive, and honest. I trusted him at every stage. If you are navigating an insurance claim, he is best in class. We are all grateful for his hard work for my parents. I recommend him highly and unconditionally! MDC

Rubin and Rosen adjusters is a a great company. As much as nobody wants to go through some kind of tragedy at your home, they extremely helpful. When my insurance company tried to give me less money to fix my house back to what it was before the fire. Brian Butler and the rest of his staff helped fight my own insurance company for the money needed to fix my home. They made the process seamless and I would highly recommend them to help you through this process. Great job Brian Butler and everyone at Rubin and Rosen. Thank you.
