I hired Hi Tech for two separate projects in my building. The first was to add flashing behind the stucco of the building to prevent water from dripping down the block work and penetrating a lower level apartment. The second project was to stucco the parapet walls and bulkhead walls on the roof to prevent leaks into the top floor.

I’ve worked with Hi Tech Contracting and Restoration on three large projects at my building, and have to praise their excellent and professional work, and also Kamran, Mr. Khan, and all of the workers.

As I said, they do an excellent job, a lot neater and tidier than many crews I’ve worked with. Kamran also is an expert on this and knows what is needed to get things done to code and safely, but never puts on any pressure so much as makes me feel better informed about what should be done. Their prices are also incredibly reasonable, particularly for what you get.

Below are some pictures attesting to the excellent work that they do, but even more than that, they were not only a pleasure to work with, but on my most recent project, I’d had some difficulties. They worked with me through them when they could easily have left for another job. They were patient, supportive, willing to participate in calls and e-mail chains, multiple site visits, and finally, when they got the opportunity to work, they sent extra men to ensure it was done quickly. This was a difficult situation that would have been impossible to resolve without Kamran’s help, and I’m relieved to have the piece of mind knowing my building’s exterior is secured.

I whole heartedly recommend Hi Tech, and will call on them again when I need more work, and if you need a service they can provide, you won’t be disappointed.

Kami and the good folks at Hi tech contracting did a great job renovating my backyard. Pavers look beautiful, he gave us options on the different sizes and patterns available, then accommodated to our preference of style and color.
The deck looks amazing, seeing it get hand-built from raw materials gives me a real appreciation of the craftsmanship it takes a to complete the job.

I've used Hi Tech Contracting & Renovation on 2 occasions, so far.

Both jobs were to point and water proof the exterior walls of both houses.

One thing I really appreciated was that there were enough workers to complete the jobs on schedule. Each worker paid great attention to what he was doing so that the work was neat and completed accurately. It also helped that they were friendly, but still attentive to the work at hand.

I also appreciate that Kamran actually came to both locations to look at what needed to be done, and then provided a formal estimate of the cost.

That a supervisor was on site to answer any question which came up is also a great plus and avoided any possible delays.

Hi Tech Contracting & Renovation is a top-notch company all around! I plan to use them again in the near future.
