Last summer we had major water issues that was only fixed by sealing cracks in my stucco on multiple floors. The only way to save the house was to patch seal everything immediately so for the last year, the front of my house had scars all over it. It looked terrible. I called Oren at prime and asked what he could do for me as I couldn’t stand looking at my house anymore.

He showed up the day after I called, came up with a plan and a very fair price and said he would handle the job himself. The owner (oren) himself was on my roof directing, explaining and going over every detail with his team on numerous occasions. He really made sure the quality of his work was perfect and he wouldn’t accept 1% less. He would call, send updates about findings, pictures of what he’s doing and kept me informed the whole way through.

He redid the whole front of my house beautifully. It’s better than it’s ever been in this houses 90 year history.

In short - he showed up right away, came up with a plan and budget, micro managed every detail of the job, waterproofed strengthened and redesigned the front by adding clean lines and moldings, and lab matched the color to match the rest of the house perfectly. Best of all - he and his team showed up every day from the proposed start date - completion date. This is an anomaly as construction / handymen / workers in that field tend to not show up or blow through budgets.

I couldn’t possibly ask for a better experience / outcome and will definitely be calling Prime for all future stucco work.

Prime Stucco and Oren were absolutely fantastic! After getting a few quotes for a whole-house stucco project, I decided to work with Oren because of his reputation for excellent work-product, honesty and efficiency. Needless to say, I am very happy with the result and my house now looks more beautiful than I could ever imagine.

Prime Stucco managed to effectively demolish my 100+ years old wood shingles and replace everything with stucco in just about three weeks. It took them barely one day to remove all garbage (so we did not have to deal with a container or anything of that sort). The team came when promised and there was no deviation from the contract. We could pick from a very large selection of colors and the color I got was exactly what I had in mind (though not super common).

Overall, Prime Stucco really stands behind their name and is a pleasure to deal with. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship!

Guys did a great job at the house and the finished product looks nice and durable.

We got the back of the house done so there’s a lot of details to it and I would recommend anyone doing work thinking through what needs to be taken off, what needs to be covered by stucco and if you will install anything on top of stucco and all well before work commences.

Jonathan has been very responsive and we also met Oren a couple of times who are very knowledgeable. They also said they also do other exterior work now. Would call them again if we need anything!

Run away ! Spam !!! Contract picture attached so anyone can see what’s we had in it ! Writing this reviews to make sure no one else have same struggle as we have !!!! They are nice and promise everything until you sign up the contract 39k and give them 40% deposit !!!! Then they dissapear! Nothing is done as was promised - I had to fight with them over each piece of molding . Forget about any design !!!! No one cares -they just try to make it as cheap possible ! They started the job not even giving me any samples to choose , made me to choose colors on rainy days (long before it was needed ) as soon as part of one wall was done they started to come over everyday asking to give them more and more money (already had 40% deposit ) as soon I told them we are going as it is in contract they started jumping around and threatening me , yelling that they gonna leave it , took the buckets of paint away -I had to call the police on them . As of for now they ALREADY GOT 30K from us !!!!
Columns agreed to be square and since frame wasn’t build now I have cheap , ready made round columns , just give up as I knew he doesnt have anyone anymore to work for him . He doesn’t pay subcontractors , taking the contracts and then searching for cheapest one to deal with ! House supposed to be secured with scaffold around the house and closed with mesh (to avoid mess and damage ) forget about it ! No one cares - they just move parts of the scaffold on your 49K worth pavers ! Airconditioner - removed , we bought new one for our tenants - after 4 weeks still isn’t installed ! Today we got90F
Reported them to BBB and soon will deal with their licenses with DOB etc !
Ehhhh - Started in April and isn’t finished yet (only top floor and front of the house plus build canopy over entry doors . Easy access from each side of the house , no demo etc .
Promised to have it done so fast in 3 weeks (April -now we have middle of the June ) I had to order new windows for the front of the house and made them done as ASAP -paid 8k for 2 windows (just wanted to make it fast ) until now front of the house isn’t done ! In contract we have all windows and doors moldIngs agreed - basement windows and doors aren’t touched yet and they act like they don’t see it ... or isn’t existing here .
Agreed on building new canopy - they only attached some framing parts to the old one , never finished it so we had to get another carpenter to finish it , electricity wasn’t moved - we had to get electrician . Roofing on the canopy included in contract - they tried to bill me extra 1200$
Left piles of dangerous garbage around the house for weeks ! (Finally I called removal company to pick it up )
New pavers and railings (done this year ) damaged as It wasn’t secured . List goes on and on and on .

!!! As if for Oren comment - attaching the picture of the contract (with my email and cell nr in case if anyone have any questions )
As of Oren comment - never changed main color on the house - only top floor windows molding color in the back of the house was changed , I had to pay out of my pocket for that paint and subcontractor asking additional 4K for it as addition.
