We used East End Stairs and Rail for an indoor wood and wrought iron staircase. Victor and his crew were so accommodating and a pleasure to work with! They helped with the design and were very knowledgeable. They were neat and clean and very detailed oriented. They were on time and completed the work exactly as promised.! We couldn’t be happier with how the job turned out! It’s gorgeous! We would highly recommend using them and look forward to having them do some more work for us in the future!

I used East End Stairs to have them install a new railing for the inside of my house. Not only were they the best priced, they turned out to be the friendliest and most professional. They were very clean and courteous. Not only were they on time they were actually a half hour early. Finish the job same day like they wanted to. Cleaned up all the old railing and cleaned up after themselves as well. They put down drop clothes to try to stay as neat as possible. And of course the job came out perfect, just like we wanted to. Thank you very much!

My comments are nothing short of impressed and pleased! Victor and his crew worked tirelessly and used top quality wood and craftsmanship to complete a stair remodel I had wanted to do for such a long time. I love walking into my foyer and seeing such a showcase staircase in front of me. What a transformation to my home. Mind you I do have to finish painting but the overall concept was beautiful. Thank you again for excellent work. I highly recommend ??

I just had a new staircase and wrought iron rails with red oak treads installed. Victor gave me a great price and an FYI to all the military active and vets they give a wonderful military discount on top of the best price I received. Aside from the price which we are all concerned with, the quality and professionalism was incredible. Victor answered all my questions and even when the stairs were being installed I was asked my opinion on how I would like them to look. The stairs are absolutely beautiful, I really can't say enough about Victor and his crew. It's nice to see that people still have pride in the work they do. I would recommend them to everyone. I had 3 other estimates and I'm so glad I chose them.

Overall

I highly recommend East End Stairs, their work is truly impeccable and their attention to detail is like no other. Thy saved our stair railing project that two other subcontractors could not get completed and another stair company would not touch. Their team worked with us matching the stain and finish we specified. Very solid rail, good craftsmanship and the job site was spotless when they left.
